Ron Hankins

CEO and Founder

With over 37 years in the clinical laboratory industry, including 27 years dedicated to pathology, Ron remains deeply committed to a field that continues to inspire him despite the ongoing challenges of fee reductions, talent shortages, rising costs, and evolving competition. Ron believes that when we prioritize patient care in every decision, sustainable growth and revenue will naturally follow. Currently, Ron oversees operations at a pathology laboratory in Tampa while also focused on providing laboratory solutions through Hankins Consulting Group. In today’s dynamic healthcare environment, Ron is confident that with strong teams, sound processes, and thoughtful leadership, we can continue to thrive and drive meaningful impact.

David Pittman

Project Manager

David’s background and experience in retail, construction, higher education and medical device manufacturing bolsters the team's capabilities to manage your laboratory optimization or build out project with excellence. Optimal patient care at maximum return are key motivators to bring your project to completion and G.R.O.W. your laboratory to full potential. David holds a bachelor's degree in Business Management from LeTourneau University in Longview, Texas.

Rachel Moye

With over 25 years of commercial laboratory leadership spanning healthcare operations, program management, and commercial strategy, Rachel has built a reputation as a results-driven leader known for turning complex challenges into scalable solutions. Her leadership style blends sharp business insight with a deep commitment to collaboration and innovation. Rachel holds a bachelor's degree in business management from the University of Central Florida.

Wilson Maldonado

Regional Director of Operations

For more than 20 years, Wilson Maldonado has served in leadership roles in the Dermatopathology and Anatomic Pathology segments, spanning across multiple business functions, and geographies. Wilson is responsible for leading the search client product and equipment development, standard operational procedures, licensure communications and application functions for Hankins Consulting. Mr. Maldonado has a background in Military Studies and served in the United States Marine Corps and studied business Valencia Community College and The United States Air Force.

Randy Webb

Chief Data & Analytics Officer

Randy Webb has more than 35 years’ experience in the laboratory industry working in a variety of settings including Pathology Labs, Clinical Labs, Dental Labs and Laboratory Supplies. His roles in Sales Operations, Governmental Compliance, Logistics and Operational Leadership give him unique insight and problem-solving skills when facing the challenges of the ever-changing landscape of the industry.

Angie has 16 years of experience working in the clinical laboratory field as a histology technologist /supervisor. She has worked in a variety of settings including pathology laboratories, clinical laboratories, University laboratories as a Histology Instructor and now as the Technical Coordinator at Hankins Consulting Group. Her focus has been on working with pathologists to ensure exceptional patient care in a fast-paced working environment by utilizing experience and attention to detail while following all CAP /CLIA guidelines. Angie has earned her AS degree in Histology at Keiser University and a bachelor’s degree from the University of Florida, “Go Gators”.
